Prices and shipping methods

All prices, unless otherwise indicated, include VAT. The agreement between Medea Solutions L.L.C. and the Customer will be considered as concluded and finalized at the time of acceptance of the order by Medea Solutions L.L.C., even if only partially. The customer will not be allowed to seek redress or compensation in any way for damages caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order. In any case, the lack of acceptance of an order by Medea Solutions L.L.C. will be promptly communicated to the customer. The customer will have to save and keep these general conditions of sale in a durable medium, in accordance with and for the effects of art. 52-53 of Law Decree no.206 from September 6, 2005. In case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, Medea Solutions L.L.C. will not be liable for any delay or not delivering the product and shall be entitled to terminate the entire agreement or a part of it. The goods are usually shipped with the delivery order and receipt; at the request, will be also sent the accompanying invoice. The invoice must be requested at the time of the order and the fields related to the companies, indicating all the data including the VAT number, must be completed. Under no circumstances will be issued subsequent invoices on shipment of the product. The orders will be processed by the sales office within 24 hours from their receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays) and then will be delivered to the courier with whom we have the agreement.

WARNING: Regarding the delivery time, we accept no liability due to delays or mistakes by the courier. The product collected at our office is usually delivered within the next day in most Italian towns (except the islands, some regions of the South and some peripheral locations in which the delivery will be made in 2 days). Should not be considered the Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays during which the couriers do not work.

Products Quotation

If you want to order large quantities of one or more products, you can request a special quotation by sending a request for quotation via e-mail at or by using the special application form which can be found by logging into your account (section Products Quotation).

Checking the availability of a product

The availability of a product is automatically displayed alongside the article itself:

For items that are not in stock, you can find the indicative date of arrival under the article code.

Check the status of an order

When an order is completed (closing order), an e-mail with the summary of this order will be automatically generated and sent to the customer. In the day of shipment, a second e-mail will be sent to the customer indicating the successful delivery and the date of shipment.
You can view the status of your order by logging into your account, section “My Orders.“.

I cannot operate a product

In this case it is recommended to write down the product number and the type of malfunction and:

I need more information about assembling or installing

If the information in the supplied instructions attached to the product or to the data sheets available on our website are not sufficiently clear to complete the assembly or the installation of a product, you can submit a Ticket to our technical support using the form that you will find by logging into your account or using the free service of technical consulting telephone 346-80.93.661 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 14.00 to 17.00.

Mounting boxes

As for the mounting boxes, the guarantee applies only to the individual components (if installed properly) and not to the assembled product. All the devices operating in radio frequency and the equipment for telephone use are for educational and experimental use. Customers are advised to check their compatibility with the rules in force in the various countries before using them. For this reason Medea Solutions L.L.C.  declines all the civil and criminal liability for the improper use. The kit, once assembled, cannot be marketed if there are not firstly requested and obtained the necessary legal approvals. Medea Solutions L.L.C.   declines any civil or criminal liability for placing on the market of finished equipment made with your own constituents.


Medea Solutions L.L.C.   guarantees (legal guarantee) its products for a period of 24 months for the products sold to the final consumer (is attested by the fiscal receipt or by the packing slip). If the product is invoiced at the Company, the guarantee is of one year (as attested by the purchase invoice). The warranty for defects of conformity (or the legal guarantee) only covers the defects of products or workmanship   and does not cover the accidental failure or the defects due to wear. The warranty is void in the event that the returned products have been tampered with (lack of security seal, missing the label bearing the serial number of the device, sheared power cables, not original parts of components, disassembled equipment, etc.) or if the lack of conformity is not reported within a period of two months from the date on which the defect was discovered. The product that proves to be defective during the warranty period will be at the discretion of the company, repaired or replaced, free of charge. The warranty begins with the date of purchasing the product, which must be appropriately documented by the customer with a relevant invoice, tax receipt or packing slip. The characteristics of the products shown in the catalogue and the technical sheets are based exclusively on the official data provided by the manufacturers who reserve the right to change them, without notice.

Right of withdrawal

The final user customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 working days, starting from the day of receiving the goods, within the meaning of D.L. 48 of 02.06.2014. Are excluded from the exercise of this right, the subjects that are not final users, ie those who act for the purposes relating to their professional activities. The customer who wants to exercise this right, must sent within 14 days from receiving the goods, a notification in writing, by a recorded delivery post to: Medea Solutions L.L.C., Via   Kennedy n°28 – 10019 Strambino (TO) ITALYfollowing the instructions for returning the goods contained in the section “returns.” In any case, the goods must be returned in the original packaging by free carriage to our Strambino warehouse. As regards the mounting boxes – in view of the peculiarity of the product – the Right to Return must be exercised before the fitting of the kit. The shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer. Medea Solutions L.L.C. will reimburse within the legal deadline, the amount paid, except for incidental costs that are charged to the customer.

Returning the goods

The return of goods to Medea Solutions L.L.C. for any reason (repair, withdrawal, shipping error), it should be indicated by completing the Return Form (RMA) or by using the Customer Service (3468093661) at which will be asked the Return Authorization specifying the reason for the return of the goods, your own customer number, the date of purchase and the details of the invoice or receipt.
This number must be marked on the documents accompanying the shipment and – visibly – on the packaging of the parcel. The shipment, unless otherwise authorized by the Customer Service, must be received by free carriage.
The goods WILL BE REJECTED if they are not complying with the above mentioned conditions.

Prices and shipping methods

For devices under warranty, will be charged to the customer only the costs for packaging and transport. We recall that the warranty is void in case of misuse or otherwise not compatible with the operating parameters prescribed by the manufacturer. For devices that are not under warranty, will be applied an hourly labor cost of € 35.00 + VAT, while the spare parts will be invoiced at the price from the list. As regards the mounting boxes, the cost of repairing them will be calculated in a lump depending of the price of the kit, according to the following table:

For each item being returned in order to be repaired under warranty that results to be functional, it will be charged a flat fee of EUR 20.00 (including VAT) for searching the alleged fault and this item will be shipped back to the customer’s expense. The prices include VAT. There are not included the shipping costs and any replaced components that will be invoiced at the price from the list.

Privacy Policy under Law 196/2003

Please be informed that the processing of personal data provided by filling in the order form, will be made by Medea Solutions L.L.C., as Data Controller. The data will be used for commercial purposes, of direct sales, promotional and statistical by computers; the data may be shared with the affiliated companies or subsidiaries with the same purposes. The data processing will take place at the headquarters of Medea Solutions L.L.C., Via Kennedy no. 28, 10019 Strambino (TO). The Customer may contact Medea Solutions L.L.C., the Data Controller, in order to exercise your rights as provided by Law 196/2003.


For any dispute, the jurisdiction is that of Strambino (TO).
